Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase, each Lilika Fine Jewelry. We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days upon receipt on all unworn jewellery.

The purchased article has to be perfectly intact and to show no signs of wear. For all returns and exchanges, please contact us at info@lilikafinejewelry.com. If an email is not sent within the initial 10 days of receiving the piece, the jewel may not be exchanged or returned. You will be credited in full, minus all shipping charges, upon our receipt of the returned Lilika Fine Jewelry piece. All sale pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
 

Shipping

Please make sure you give us the correct shipping information. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production. If an item is in stock, we will ship it within 3 business days.  Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking number. All items will be shipped with a clear invoice declaring the purchased item value in Canadian dollars. All packages will require a signature confirmation.

At this time we offer limited international shipping to outside of Canada. Any additional tax, customs and import duties required by your country is the customer's responsibility. All items will be shipped with a clear invoice declaring the purchased item value in your currency.

Repairs

For all repair and resizing inquiries, please email info@lilikafinejewelry.com. Please include your purchase order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, your full name and description of the item. Repair and shipping charge will apply. In most cases it will take 2-4 weeks for service, and we will do our best to assist you.
