The Evil eye is a traditional symbol of protection from malevolent forces. Resembling an ancient talisman, the Alexandra evil eye ring is meant to protect you from misfortune.
This namesake ring is as a special tribute to my maternal Grandmother. Every summer when I would visit Greece, she would preform a ritual to remove evil eye that had been cast on me. Was it really the evil eye? Was it jet lag? Dehydration? Or maybe both? In any case, I loved watching the ritual which consists of a dripping olive oil into a large bowl of water and reciting specific words.
